Chef-owners Russell Moore and Allison Hopelain started making their own red wine vinegar for Camino, their beloved Oakland restaurant. Very sadly for us in The Town, Camino the restaurant is now closed, but luckily for us, we can still get bottles of Russ’s beautiful, oak barrel-aged red wine vinegar.
A small amount of this exceptional vinegar will radically improve your dressings, dips, and soups.
